While Nidec Elevator high-speed launch event is coming, we proudly present our new high-speed elevator project in Mexico.
T.OP It is a vertical mix-used project that combines offices and residential purposes. The concept of this project is modern life and designed to be the new inhabitant of the city called Monterrey.

Overview of the T.OP buildings
The construction offers panoramic views towards the four cardinal points and has the best amenities of the area. This project consists of 27 cars. 11 of the elevators are high-speed from 5.0m/s to 7.0m/s, and 14 machine room less elevators for offices, penthouses, apartments and hotels. The whole elevator project utilized our high-speed core competence including the destination based system for 12 offices and 3 hotels.
